Great operation and class act people raising EXCEPTION Beef!
We took a family vacation to Steamboat and E3 was our final night dinner. It was terrific. The food was great (we all had steaks) and the sides were delicious (the Brussel Sprouts were a hit). Chocolate Mouse desert was the pinnacle!
Terrible! Food was overcooked to the point of needing a full glass of water to get down the first bite. Pork chop was entree, wife had lamb, same problem. We split the wedge but only a few crumbles of Bleu cheese and very dry. This is not the place you want to go for a nice dinner!
