I've been renting a 10x20 and it's my first time ever having to rent a storage unit because we sold house and are traveling and living in a camper. But everyone has been so nice and polite. If you have a problem they are right on it. Would recommend them to friends and family. Very clean and is fenced in with cameras.
Amazing and friendly staff. They have been helpful and understanding any time I have ever had a question. I rated 4 stars simply because the prices are pretty high for the storage and they keep getting higher. I have continued to stay with them because of their amazing customer service despite price changes. I understand prices do increase and places have to keep their lights on too, so I'm speaking solely on the fact that there are cheaper places; I just don't think you will find a staff who cares more than they do at EZ St... read more
I like the fact that its not a huge facility because for one, you dont have to walk all over hell and half of Georgia, trying to find your storage locker and two, it has great security but is still cozy, kind of like a mom and pop store... I would Def recommend it.
Clean, friendly, easy to deal with.
