Rented a unit for my dad to store his belongings in 2019. The facility only takes cash or check, which is a huge pain when you are out of state. They also charge you late fees when USPS doesn't get your money there in time (despite postmarks). Seems like they raise their rates every few months. I finally had enough and moved my dad's belongings to a different place a few months ago.
