I’d give zero stars if I could. We signed a contract and gave a 50% deposit on Feb 13, 2021. He estimated 7-8 weeks for the doors to be delivered. The deposit check has not been cashed. It is now July 14 and we still do not have new garage doors. He is very difficult to get hold of (today his answering machine is turned off). When we are able to leave a message, callbacks are not prompt, are sometimes rude, and involve a variety of excuses.
