The car was junk and not what we had reserved, we were overcharged for tolls, and we had to argue with the company for over 2 years for the bill. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
**DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!** If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My friend girls and I booked with them when we took a birthday trip. Our reservation was for 8:00 PM. Our flight ended up being slightly delayed (less than one hour). So we ended up arriving in Miami at about 8:30 PM or so. This company is an off-site rental company. Therefore, we waited until after 10:00 PM for a shuttle THAT NEVER CAME!! We called their office over 10 times with no response!! So we ended up having to get a rental from a... read more
