0 Stars - Agree with DXCQ 001 no up front quotes even after requesting several times. Very slow on the job and milk the customer for all they can. Unorganized and lacking business practices. Do not let them start a job unless you have an agreed upon quote.
November 2012 Do I have to put 1 star? Make it zero stars! Plan on a weekend service call costing at least $120, and they were geographically 1 mile away from my house (from Veteran's Drive)! No up-front pricing or hourly wage stated. Absolutely no options offered. They'd rather just stay silent and milk the customer for all they're worth!
