Joe from Ezra plumbing came to my house on a Saturday and fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess and always had a smile on his face thank you joe for your hard work
They were prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves.
Joe Riley was fantastic. I had a plumbing issue when redoing the floors of my condo (a piece of trim was piercing a water line, and water started spraying out of the wall!) and Joe Riley was the emergency plumber who came to the rescue at 9/10 p.m. He was here within a half hour of the event (probably 15-20 mins from when he got the call), and solved the problem within a half hour/45 minutes. Called late Friday and they were at my place bright & early Monday morning! Issues resolved in quick & amazing style as always! NEVER had anything but tremendous service & work from EZ!!!! Cheers
Water heater died at 4 pm on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, and EZ plumbing was out the next morning (Saturday) to replace it. Despite it being 4 pm on a Friday, they were patient on the phone and answered all my questions regarding different types and sizes of water heaters. Very impressed!
