They will not honor my warranty claim, even though their managers have promised they would do so (twice). I have called 30+ times in 6 weeks trying to get this settled, but their managers are never available and they never call back. I am switching to a different manufacturer.

Sweat shop. Bare bones pay. Act like they care about employees and then cut their head off. If you had a 401k plan with them and was terminated good luck getting that info. So scared once they terminate they also put you on trespass notice. New corporate owners want new people they can pay $8 an hour. Everything posted here is the truth. Service and Warranty at Ezon this is not a joke. Had a small problem with my top one phone it was fixed. Wish all the companies I have dealt with was this good. I will always buy tops from ezon
