I purchased a boat from Boateka in July of 2025...it came with a new trailer from ez loader boat trailers... First time I put it in the water. One of the lights went out. I brought the boat back to boateka To get a screen and trolling motor put on It.. Instead there for 5 weeks. Morning, I just want to say thank you to Cassie Birtwell for such an amazing customer service she provided while I was dealing with an issue at the dealership I bought my new boat from. Best company around to get a trailer from! I talked to a lot of other companies before choosing them and it was a no brainer. Dave and Cassie were super helpful at every step of the process and customer service and communication were amazing and they are very quick too! Highly recommend to anyone in the market for a trailer, don’t waste your time with anyone else.
