Best company around to get a trailer from! I talked to a lot of other companies before choosing them and it was a no brainer. Dave and Cassie were super helpful at every step of the process and customer service and communication were amazing and they are very quick too! Highly recommend to anyone in the market for a trailer, don’t waste your time with anyone else.
I purchased a new trailer a few months ago and ended up breaking the winch last Sunday when retrieving the boat. EZ Loader had no obligation to help out but since Fulton decided to discontinue and no longer warranty this winch, Cassie and John had a replacement sent to my house not even 3 days later. Awesome company that stands behind their products, I can't thank you guys enough!
Called about servicing my trailer and explained the issues we were having with it, Dave B spoke to me at length regarding possible solutions and was extremely helpful. Thanks again Dave!
