I purchased a boat from Boateka in July of 2025...it came with a new trailer from ez loader boat trailers... First time I put it in the water. One of the lights went out. I brought the boat back to boateka To get a screen and trolling motor put on It.. Instead there for 5 weeks. A VERYYYY RUDE kid named David Bently is the warranty work person he "forgot to fix" the whole 5 weeks it sat up there when I picked ny boat up i called him and he got an attitude with me about it. Morning, I just want to say thank you to Cassie Birtwell for such an amazing customer service she provided while I was dealing with an issue at the dealership I bought my new boat from.
