If I could give them no stars I would have they don't have a real mechanic they have parts changers and hope they change the right one. You get told 1 thing and they do something else. I will never buy another car from them. Worst experience ever byers beware
So I bought a truck 2 years ago from them ez credit !! They have been nice UNTIL I started having problems then they really are not willing to help much at all !!! The warranty they sell you is garbage I’ve never filed a claim and have spent my own money repairing the vehicle and now the last month the that I owe it breaks down again and nobody is willing to help or do anything about it !!! The warranty’s ran out already !!! BUT im still paying for it !! So just be cautious when and if u deal with them !!! !!!!
Not one person attempts to assist you or help you at this lott. I saw 3 workers one sitting down , no help and turned head in the opposite direction. 1 came out the back gate , went to a vehicle and sat in it. The other I'm assuming was actually assisting a customer or chatting . Not sure, but we definitely weren't there to waste their time . Just my experience though
All your cars I seen on the website are all high miles as in over 200,000 miles and yet still want a $2000 down payment. That is ridiculous.
