Presoak was lousy. Wash left car still dirty. The air dry didn't do nothing just put more water on car.

This review is for the touchless car wash only. First, the positives: I appreciate that this is a 24-hour car wash, which is convenient for everyone. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a discount when paying for the highest-tier wash — listed at $14, but I was only charged $12 (possibly because I paid in cash).
