Worst experience I've ever encountered. Fillets looked fair in the package. The other side, after removing from package was pure fat & gristle. I grilled them for 4 minutes on each side. They shrunk up to less than half their size. They tasted like canned meat. They were too tough to chew. They say they are guaranteed for a year. Not true. If you cook them you're out of luck. Absolutely no refunds of any kind. They will replace them with like order if they are still in the package. Big rip off.
