Service is usually very slow and mediocre at best. The express wax is a joke. There is usually limited staff on hand so the service can't be performed. Your time/money is better served taking your business elsewhere.
Just waited 46 minutes to have my car washed. Finally had enough, had them pull my car out of line and issue me a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not have hours to wait for a something that should take 10 minutes.
Went here on 3/1/19, for a simple $20 wash. Not only did the quality leave a lot to be desired, it took a whole hour. my car was 3rd in line. God help the poor people behind me. This is one car wash that will NEVER see me again. Nuts!!!!
I just waited 1 hour to have my car washed and there were only 3 cars ahead of me when I pulled in. The job was mediocre and I think it's because they're understaffed. I do have to say that the guys washing and drying were working hard and very polite. I tried to suggest to the woman at the register that they let people know if it's going to be a long time but just got excuses. She didn't seem to care or even apologize. Would like to give them another shot but don't think I'll be back unless I find out something changes.

Unfortunately, they are very understaffed. There were only 3 maybe 4 young high school kids working. Waited almost an hour to get my car washed. I paid 25.00 and they didn't even wash the front end of my car. My windows were still a streaky mess when I left. I don't think I'll be back.

I had the Exterior Package done on my 2014 Ford F150 pick up. They did an excellent job in a little under one hour. Thanks guys.
