I was told today I would be getting a washer and dryer delivered to our new house. I called an hour after the delivery window to ask what was going on. I was transfered to Rob. Rob then laughed at me and said it was my misunderstanding. That there was no delivery set up because we were still being reviewed to be allowed to rent from them. I asked him why then did they ask for my bank card when we hadn't been approved yet. HE LAUGHED AT ME!
