I called this business to rent a storage unit. No return call from them. I even messaged the business on their website twice. No return messages back to me. Which is fine. I found another spot to rent a unit. I do recommend to this company to return any inquiries that made by potential customers. If not, you will lose business.

Update from 3 Years ago: it's under new ownership now, and since switching owners, it was wonderful, and the woman I spoke with each month was always very kind and easygoing, and they were lenient on late fees which I appreciated
