Nicole was the best customer service rep that I have had the pleasure to work with. She assisted my move from a nearby home to an out of state move by coordinating four storage units at differing times. I had multiple moving issues that she helped me maneuver through and kept all of the billing organized and well communicated. Check them out if you have storage needs. Very flexible. Thanks Nicole.
We had to move 3 vehicles into storage. Nicole helped me figure this out. If it wasn't for her I don't know what I would have done. She took her time with me and didn't get frustrated with all my questions. Her customer service skills are spot on!! She even called once she noticed the cars gone (sold) to see if I was still needing the space. She wanted to save me money. I highly recommend this business. They keep it very clean and know what's going on at all times.
Great place. Competitive pricing, very clean, tight security, easy to navigate in and out. Best of all, great customer service by friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
