Hire someone to replace Michelle that actually knows how to talk to customers. She lies, rude and refuses to take a VALID form of payment - the same form of payment (Master Card) I have been making for over 8 years. All of a sudden this is no longer acceptable to her. The other person had no issues taking payment. - Perhaps if they just do not let her answer phones or speak to the public in anyway.
Open hole to the public, broken fence, lights always going out, dirty, no trash, no bathrooms after 5 pm, bad customer service, not safe and expensive. When you ask for something they compare themselves to public storage and say they don't do that so we will not. Horrible access hours and the won't fix anything or listen to customers. I have been there for 2 years and can't wait to take my stuff and leave. Not recommended. I will be posting pictures with all the items that need fixing or cleaning.
