I can not say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Santee and his team. My 15 year old daughter had orthognathic double jaw surgery to correct an extreme underbite this summer. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to Tracey M. and Nikki for getting my daughter scheduled early summer so she could be healed enough to go back to school! While everyone is very nice, it doesn't do much good if you wait weeks for a returned phone call and six plus months for an appointment. When I call to speak with the necessary person "she is on the phone with an insurance company but will call me back as soon as she is off the call." Think twice before choosing this practice. It does not live up to the CHKD reputation. If my child ever receives the care he needs I will post about the results.
Kind and compassionate. Takes his time and explains what us happening and what to expect. Makes sure you are comfortable about decisions.
