We received excellent service from our local Watertown NY office. Greg M. quoted a complete replacement of our oil furnace and fuel tank. He was very thorough with his walk-thru and measurements. Mark and Josh performed the tank and furnace removal as well as the new installation. They coordinated the fuel delivery for the new tank as well. Switched over to propane from oil. My boiler went down and E & V was right there almost instantly to fix the issue.
My heatpump was installed and operates perfectly.E&V is pleasant to work with.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cole from E and V Energy was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace and explained exactly what was going on in a clear, straightforward way. The repair was done efficiently and professionally, and he had everything up and running in no time. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Great service, great attitude, and excellent turnaround time. I highly recommend Cole and E and V Energy to anyone who needs reliable HVAC service.
Make sure you shop around on fuel pricing as you can get a much better price somewhere else. Seems they "play the game" and it could cost you hundreds of dollars more. Fair warning.
