After 18 years our old AC unit died in the heat of the summer. Within hours of a routine service call giving us the bad news, the sales rep was here and quoted out a new, more efficient, heat pump. Couldn’t promise a time because of heat in the attic but then 1/2 hour later called and said they move schedules around and could be in 3 days (before the heat returned). New furnace and air conditioner installed.
Installed new heat pump to replace old a/c unit. Installers Doug and Jesse were very efficient and professional and explained everything thoroughly. They also made sure all work areas were cleaned when they were finished. I am EXTREMELY satisfied!!!!!!
