John and the crew were so good about explaining all the details of installation. The new unit was installed so much better than when Holbrook did the last one.
Like others have said E&V, specifically the Auburn location, are horrific communicators and will lie to your face. “We sent you multiple emails”, “we called you dozens of times”, “we’ll be out today”…all bold faced lies. Avoid these crooks if you can.
Outstanding service. The gentlemen are professionals and answered my numerous questions!! So nice to deal with a company where I can leave my house for errands while they work. Trustworthy and friendly and knowledgeable!!
Had to replace an aging boiler and called in E&V Energy. They highly recommended replacing with a Bosch. These are excellent boilers, superbly designed and well made. We’ve come to expect a quality visit from E&V and we’re not disappointed! The install team was fantastic, John, Will, Noah, Brady, and Garry. Professional, knowledgeable, personable. This is the 4th major install by E&V-can’t go wrong with them!
