I want to update and revise an earlier review because E&V is a community—and family-forward company that combines compassion and good business practices.
Everything went flawlessly
Vary prompt . Furnace stop working in middle of night called service at 1 am and Anthony got it up and running. IT WAS 16 DEGREES OUT SIDE.
If you want to throw $265 right down the toilet then this is a place to do it. My water heater comes up the temperature and shuts itself down. I'm pretty convinced that I know the reason I had to risk my neck literally a few times relighting the pilot but to no avail. They sent someone out and I told him what was going on with the hot water heater. You said okay and I went down in the basement. He asked me where my gas meter was I said I'm not sure about this in the basement up near the front of the house in the basement. He... read more
Completely inept and unable to merely fill propane tanks when requested. 7 phone calls later, and the tanks still aren't full. They fill one each time they come even though they were told to fill all three. The owner even said they screwed up and he doesn't know how to fix it or why it happened. That's one helluva way to run a business. Your best bet is to find someone that actually cares about their customers.
