Emily cleared up a situation and I found out the trucks are designed to fill up larger tanks. The stand up 100lbs need to be brought over to the store itself to be filled

Not a customer never plan on being a customer. Came out of my house and had a delivery truck parked in my driveway. When asked the driver what he was doing he said delivering propane. I explained to him that he wasn't delivering at my residence and needed to remove his vehicle from my private driveway only to be told oh ill only be a few minutes. Apparently E and V drivers think they can park their big trucks wherever they want. When I told the driver my driveway was private he just laughed. Some top notch customer service. ... read more
I have been using E&V for about 3 years now.I highly recommend them.Everyone I have encountered has been very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I had an issue last night where I needed emergency help because my furnace kept kicking on even though the thermostat was off,I was afraid I'd have no blower left or worse a fire. Adrian drove 2 hours to help me .He was very kind and showed me what the issue was and I have heat when the furnace kicks on now not just cold air and constant running.He even showed me how to shut it do... read more
