I'm mostly happy with the service. I wish it was 100% it not. My furnace will be 2 years old 11/25. When I called to schedule the service I asked them to bring the filter for it. The technician service it when ask about he said he doesn't carry the filters with him. He gave me a link to Amazon and the filters where the wrong size. After several phone calls was able to order the appropriate filter. After 16 years with suburban gas, I did say to switch to EV setting up the new tank. Everything went well opening the account. Everything went well I paid almost $1600 pre-pay for the year first delivery was at the price. They told me every delivery after that was about $.20 more per gallon Fulton store that I didn’t pay prepaid. I had to go to the main office in Auburn. Had a new furnace and Propane tanks installed. The Staff was very attentive and professional. They showed up as promised and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend!
