E&V was good for many years, maybe they changed hands recently but they have missed multiple guaranteed delivery dates this winter, all of which were already multiple weeks after our call for fuel up. Very unfortunate to see this happen to a good old company.
Called to get tank filled as it was at 20% ( my fault) and brutally cold weather coming, they came next day!! Awesome customer service
I had a scheduled propane delivery today. And they called saying they couldn’t get up my road and their driver felt unsafe. Now I have no propane in my tank with single digit weather. Like what that got to do with me, I’m getting screwed over something I have no control over crazy! I get to speak to a manager who says they’re going to come back and fill my take later today. No one showed up. This propane company absolutely sucks I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them. I’m done.

Prices are extremely high. Can definitely find prices cheaper elsewhere.
