I had originally posted a 1-star review after running out of propane again in the middle of winter and waking up to a house that was 58 degrees. I have updated it to a 3-star after calling the corporate office to get my issue resolved after getting no resolve with my local office. They have assured me they will be coaching their staff and implementing some additional measures to ensure I don't run out of propane again in the future. They have one more chance to redeem. E&V was good for many years, maybe they changed hands recently but they have missed multiple guaranteed delivery dates this winter, all of which were already multiple weeks after our call for fuel up. Very unfortunate to see this happen to a good old company.
Called to get tank filled as it was at 20% ( my fault) and brutally cold weather coming, they came next day!! Awesome customer service
I had a scheduled propane delivery today. And they called saying they couldn’t get up my road and their driver felt unsafe. Now I have no propane in my tank with single digit weather. Like what that got to do with me, I’m getting screwed over something I have no control over crazy! I get to speak to a manager who says they’re going to come back and fill my take later today. No one showed up. This propane company absolutely sucks I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them. I’m done.
