Roxanne and Rene are not people that are supposed to be in this industry. The car they sold us was awful the lights didn’t work the car was leaking water inside. It was one problem after another. We had put 2000$ down and we were late 2 days due to an emergency and they did not want to give us our down payment back or the vehicle back and the reason was as Rene told my husband ‘because your wife has a shitty attitude’ . I waked in just to check out the cars I only had so much for a down payment and not very good credit. There is no credit check and they worked with my down payment and I left with a car that same day. All really nice people
I was amazed that I was approved and they were all very nice. I didn't expect to leave with a car but they made that happen! Amazing people, great business. I'd recommend ET AUTO ANDTRUCK to everyone. They were friendly and efficient. They knew how to be sensitive to my situation and didn't judge at all. I definitely appreciate them and respect what they do for people like me.
