I loved living here and especially loved the landlord. Not sure if she still owns it, but Constance was amazing and I still think of her 9 years later.
I lived at these apartments for the last almost 4 years. It’s a wonderful place to live. There’s only 16 units so it’s quiet. Most of the apartments consist of young professionals. The street is quiet and the neighbor across E street does beautiful Christmas decorations during the holidays! There’s only 10 parking spots in the back but you’ll almost always get a spot if you’re home before 5 or 6pm. There’s ample street parking too with wide spots and no time limit.
