Aren't in the office when they should be. Illegal bed and breakfast downstairs, so people you dont know in the building over and over. Place on Elmwood was run-down on the outside. Two inch crack at the bottom of the entrance door that was never fixed. Irene is rude, as is Erin. Once they decide they don't like you (even though you pay your rent on time), they will "evict" you, in an illegal method, in an attempt to intimidate you.
