Had a very good experience with Chris and E Smart Auto. We wanted a Toyota Rav4 between 2006-2010 (the last model to have the wheel on the back) and E Smart Auto had one, with another on the way. We bought the first Rav4, but it didn't work out. It wasn't right for us and what we wanted. Chris was very understanding and we exchanged it for the second Rav4 and we are very pleased with the 2nd one. Would definitely recommend E Smart.
