I paid over $120 dollars for a $30 Walmart bouquet. The chocolates ordered alongside never showed up. Called customer service to straighten the situation out and was offered a new bouquet and the chocolates the next day. The sods they were contacting never followed through with that. These guys need better florists, and better service. Can't trust these guys if the local florists they're in cahoots with can just pull stuff like this. This company, and whatever florists they're limping to the barn with are not trust worthy.

Ordered from 1800 Flowers on April 30 for Mother's Day. One in CA and one in Reno. The one who CA delivered on May 4, early but whatever. Reno? never delivered and order disappeared from my online account. Called the 1800 Flowers# and the woman said they were delivered, let them know there was a ring camera and that no, they were not delivered. As others have said they offered a 20 dollar credit? How does that help after Mother's Day?? Got a refund from which they took the $20 passport fee that was also added to my other ord... read more

Never support this business. Ordered a cake in advance of a birthday, paid extra for speedy delivery. Told it was on route on-time, and then it was not delivered for 12 hours. Kept saying it was still being delivered. After closing hours, they admitted that the cake was destroyed on route, and they were just lying before. Somehow the cake melted despite the fridge in the delivery vehicle. Would not be the biggest deal if they hadn't chosen to actively lie about it for 12 hours. Could have just made a new order.
