Terrible company to deal with. And terrible product. Got one of their more custom two tone beanbags very first time using it. It busted and created the Worst mess I had to pay a company to take my drains apart and suck them out. They had so many beans everywhere. When I contacted the company, they wanted me to provide all this different information even though I sent them clear pictures that it was a brand new beanbag from Them. Update: This bean bag is my happy place! I sbsolutely love sitting in it when i want to relax. My cat likes to snuggle on it with me. Sadly, I did find out if it holds up to cat pee-and it does! I recently reclaimed my cozy little reading room (that had turned into a junk room), and added a big, fluffy beanbag. A week later, my cat peed on the beanbag, and it seeped through the whole thing. I recently reclaimed my cozy little reading room (that had turned into a junk room), and added a big, fluffy beanbag. A week later, my cat peed on the beanbag, and it seeped through the whole thing.
