Dr. Frankel and his entire surgical staff were outstanding! Everyone was professional, helpful, kind, caring, and responsive -- just what you would want from healthcare professionals. I highly recommend them without reservation.
He immediately understood my situation. I explained everything and went over the X-rays and did a small procedure right in his office to relieve the pain.
Dr Frankel was very prompt. He was specific in explaining my hand issues in terms that I understood without being condescending. He offered multiple solutions and agreed to start with the simplest, least invasive treatment to start. Highly recommend.
Fabulous Doctor and staff. Warm and personable. Most importantly great surgeon! Had my first hand fixed (carpal tunnel) and scheduling my second!
