Outside a 40 minute wait and having to refill out the forms again after filling them on Wed. I have quite a few meds and medical condition and it takes me forever to do. Appt with Dr Franklin was very good. He and staff were personable and efficient. Dr Frankel went over the x-ray was thoroughly. He gave me two injections and gave me follow up directions. Referred to Dr Frankel for a minor hand issue. He was incredibly personable, zeroed in on the issue quickly, explained his process, and took time to go over imaging and educate me on the bones in the hand. He resolved the issue I was having, so I couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommended!
This was my first visit in this office. I was impressed. I got an email to fill out all my medical history and information before the appointment. I did this and so when I arrived, I was handed an iPad and there were very minimal info that they still needed. I was called back within 10 minutes, they took the xray right there in the office, and then dr Frankel say down and explained my options.
