Speaking from the point of view of a long term tenant in one of their managed properties, they have been invariably polite, flexible, efficient, and minimally invasive.
I always had a good relationship with Joszef. I would suggest his staff wear a name badge and casual professional attire. Maybe a golf or sport shirt and pants , not t-shirts and baggy sweat pants.
