When you book an apartment showing in advance they email you on the day of the appointment at 8am without prior warning saying you must confirm the appointment with the link below within 30 minutes or the appointment will be canceled. How do you expect people to check their email at 8am and have time to respond within 30 minutes when it is the busiest time of the morning?
