I had a HW heater leaking and called around 6 PM. James answered and said the office would call me around 9 AM. I said that would work fine. The office called at 8:30 and told me someone could be out at 12 noon. At 10:30 AM James called and said if I was home he could be there in 5 min. After arriving and it was determined that I needed a new HW heater, James gave me an estimate and the work began.
