Bought a 1 year old home they built that the previous owner had foundation issues with. After bandaging it for them to get through their "1 year warranty" now the problems are left in my lap. I called their sub crew that did the original installation and then reinstallation of the tile work who told us that it was an issue from the start and that a more significant repair needed to be made initially. The builder is full of excuses. Find someone else to build your dream home or your dreams may turn into a nightmare

Eric Johnson and his staff were a delight to work with - very professional, dedicated to providing the highest quality in both the work and service. The attention to detail in the home shines through in everything from the coordination of the various tile work used in the baths, kitchen and laundry areas to the extensive ship lap and molding detail.
