After being a customer for years, we received a call in early December that they would not be doing snow removal due to Covid. Even though I can fully understand, it would have been more professional to let their customers know earlier, so that we could have found another company. After calling a number of other services, we were told that they were either booked for the season or not servicing Kingston. Not sure what we will do this winter, but we will hopefully have another company hired next winter.
