Always on time i never have to wait a long time for my visit.All the staff are very friendly and informative,the nurses are always carrying and polite and friendly.

Dr Houser has a great “bedside manner”. He talks to you in layman’s terms. Explains pros and cons of treatment options. Gives his recommendation, but with no pressure. Feel he has genuine concern for your best interest and never feel rushed during your appointment. I had a procedure requiring an overnight hospital stay. He was there to talk to me before surgery, was there in recovery room, was there the next day in my hospital room, had two post op office visits. Results were what he promised. Dr. Houser is a great doctor. I would not trust no one with my husband's health!!!
This was my annual urology appointment to follow up on a kidney stone I've had for years. X-rays and urinalysis were normal. Dr. Houser showed me the x-ray and explained where it is. His explanation was professional, personal, and thorough. He has been my urologist for several years and I have complete confidence in him.
Had my first visit with Dr. Houser for a vasectomy consult. He was sociable, friendly, and very informative. I felt very at ease speaking with him and better about my decision after the visit. Definitely recommend.
