I was in the area when I had a tire emergency and luckily found E&R Used Tire & Mechanic Shop. They were able to take care of me right away and got me back on the road much faster than I expected. The staff were friendly, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Prices were fair and the service was efficient. They used to be really good but the past two times I went very poor customer service.
Took care of me last minute on a Saturday at 6:30p with a tire that needed balancing. Thanks
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called the shop at 730pm needing assistance with a nail in the tire. I was literally 5 min away and the guy said they were closed. It said they closed at 8pm online so that’s unacceptable. Thank God I found a 24hr service.
