USPS misdelivered the package. Good luck trying to get anything resolved. No luck... all indicators say item was delivered. So, I paid for product, shipping, etc... USPS goofed, I eat it.
Ordered an item from this company. We were nearing the ETA but I hadn't received tracking yet, so on multiple different days I emailed the seller--never got a response from that. Called the seller twice only to receive excuses. He also promised to email me after "calling the warehouse". That never happened either. I'm still waiting on my part. Update: the part never showed up, and the seller eventually just cancelled the order.
