I'm not one to go out and try to destroy someone's business and after one encounter with this company I decided not to give a bad review. But after the second time I felt like people should know. We had our furnace fixed this winter. He showed up on the wrong day he was scheduled the first time the second time he came out he quoted us $400. We scheduled time to get it fixed and he came back and changed it to $800 because they didn't have the right part. I just had my AC serviced it had been leaking at the furnace for some reason. I looked on google and i found a web site named ermannheatingandcooling.com and i went to go look and my did it look impressive. So i saw the phone number at the top of the screen that easy enough to find. Called them up spoke with a man named john. A polite sounding gentleman and he said him and another man would be out with in the hour. ABSOLUTE QUALITY. I am pleasantly surprised to find that a company does not shirk on its customer service like so many other HVAC corporations out there today. I did not pick ER Mann Heating & Cooling because of there amazing know how around a furnace, nor there tedious timing . It was because i know i can trust them to come into my home and know that they are going to be doing what they are supposed to be doing. REASONABLE CHARGES, PROMPT & POLITE SERVICE E.R. Mann Heating and Cooling installed a new high-efficiency heating and air conditioning system and hot water tank in my house several years ago. E.R. Mann has been providing our annual routine maintenance since 1995. Service has been prompt and polite, and all systems working well. I've been pleased with the reasonable charges, and have recommended ER Mann to many people over the years. I will continue to recommend Ray and the ER Mann company in the future.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!! hello my name is Jake and i have a family of four with me and my wife and my two newborn twins. Independence local. After a week of bringing my two newborns home my furnace went out i called ER Mann Heating and Cooling after looking them up on line to see what was the closest Furnace repair shop. i.e., A local favorite, After moving to Lee's Summit over 12 years ago, we were needing our a/c and furnace changed out. We had ER Mann Heating and Cooling out because we had them change out the furnace and a new A/C installed in our home in Independence close to 23rd and Hardy. We have had our spring checkup calls from ER Mann for years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Terrible customer service We had a top of the line Trane residential system with heat pump, A/C and furnace installed by E R Mann at a cost of over $10k in the summer of 2007. 2 years later (2009), in the heat of summer, we had to stay in a hotel for several days when the system failed and had to be rebuilt. It cooled after being rebuilt, but in 2010 it needed a lb of refrigerant which indicates that the system still has a leak. I spoke with Ray, the owner about it and he was downright rude and unwilling to fix the problem. ... read more
