We paid him for a project in our adult family home, but he kept adding projects. It went from $36,432.00 and ended at $77,000 of probably unnecessary repairs. He did not complete the work and eventually stopped showing up. We had to hire multiple other contractors to go over his work. And he required 40% down for every single project he came up with. We had our roof replaced by them. They did a great job and the pricing was very reasonable. They kept us updated during the whole process and the repairs were done in the timeframe that was agreed upon.

I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing the driver of one of these vehicles get a drink in a drive through. He yelled a lot and basically threw the drink back at the employee. Immature behavior like that is inappropriate, especially while in a company vehicle.

Emile was a great find. On time, professional, and responsive. Remodeled a bathroom for me for an honest price, and delivered what he promised on time. I ended up hiring his company for a job at my business as well.
