The very worst experience I have had selling a house. Leslie Berger was extremely difficult to work with and it took 3 time as long to sell my house. I do not recommend using ERA-Richmond.

Don't bother trying to work with Stanley, as this man will only waste your time. This man lied to our faces, showed us an apartment, and even gave us applications for it only to tell us 4 days later he didn't even bother with it since we told him we had low credit. If you have a minimum credit score requirement for a place then post it on your listing. If you knew you weren't going to even entertain the thought of us, why waste both our value time and give us applications?
