Would not work with this woman. Shirley Howard has been dishonest and difficult to work with. She allowed the buyer to have access to move into the home before closing. After expressing to her that this was not going to be tolerated and telling her they could not be there, she then asked my husband if she could let them BACK into the home that we STILL haven’t closed on so they could start painting! I’m appalled at her lack of professionalism and am furious that we couldn’t trust the woman WE hired.
Shirley has been my realtor twice. She gives the best customer service and is very knowledgeable in real estate. You will not be disappointed to have her represent you as either the buyer or seller.
Always honest, working out the best for clients, so pleased with every thing Shirley does. She knows her stuff!
