I agree with others, what ever happened to ethics? I'm a Christian, yet many of my friends have their own beliefs, but THEY ALL DO THE RIGHT THING. Treat others as you would like to be treated, ya know? My parents lived in EP Gates property, and got screwed over. Basic stuff took forever to get fixed, had to fight to get security deposit. It was clear they took care of the place, yet like pulling teeth and hours wasted just trying to get back deposit. Lured under false pretenses, don’t expect to get paid when rendering a service , excuses used about payment/ work they will ghost you when confronted via email.
Don’t do business with these people, very untrustworthy and shady.
