So I walked in thinking it was a different place so to the pictures not being updated on google . This place looks like it’s not fully loaded yet , which is fine if you’re just getting your business going but it was the upkeep that bothered me a bit . It was not clean , mirrors had smudges & products looked used and not fresh . Nail carts looks dusting . Nail clippers and fillers look very used . It wasn’t presentable . Good service! I do my eyebrows here mostly, but they did an awesome job repairing my broken nails today and changing my polish. She was patient and kind and I appreciated that.
Worst nail experience of my life! I showed the lady my desired nail design, and at first she said she could do it. But as she started, the nails kept looking worse and worse. Eventually, she admitted she didn’t know how to do the design — which was just a basic French. When I asked to have the nails removed, she started yelling at me. I ended up having to call 911, but before police arrived, they decided to remove my nails. I will never go back there again
