FIFI AND EMMA ARE THE BEST
I was extremely disappointed with my experience today and unfortunately do not think I will be returning. I have been a customer since they first opened, so this was especially disappointing. I booked an appointment, but when I arrived I was told the person I had scheduled with was on vacation and was given someone else. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I left with multiple nails bleeding due to a lack of care and precision during the service. It is completely unacceptable to be charged full price—especially considering the premium rates here—when the service results in physical injury and felt rushed. This was not worth the cost, and I will not be returning to a salon that charges top tier prices for such poor technical work.
