All I wanted was a simple, standard manicure so my nails would look nice for a wedding. They attempted to get me to switch to a shellac manicure, but I explained the shellac process was too damaging to my weak nails. I’ll start by saying I know I am picky, especially with my nails because I have worked in a nail salon. I was a walk in but had confirmed their availability by calling beforehand. I wanted a French pedicure and chose the Deluxe package. I will not name my tech for her privacy. Because of life lately, I was really looking forward to a pamper and was disappointed when my service was rushed. My nails look good however, the gentleman that did my nails was extremely rough and rude. I keep trying to go back here and every time I have a bad experience with their customer service the man that did my nails was huffing and puffing, and very clearly annoyed with doing them. Getting our nails done is something that is supposed to be relaxing for us not stressful. You should really work on customer service at this Establishment. Unfortunately, I won’t return.
the male doing my nails did the acrylic way too watery 2 nails were broke within days, went back to get them fixed only because I knew I wouldn’t be able to find the color elsewhere, and they charged me to fix them and they had fixed 2 additional nails that were starting to crack, the fixed nails look no better, all my nails now are different sizes and thickness, The man also doing nails will leave you sitting for smoke breaks, and when he’s done with your hand he will toss it (yes literally toss your hand) when he’s finishe... read more
Great place! All techs are skilled and do a great job. Making an appointment is suggested as they do get busy. Great prices too!
