I booked an appointment here two days in advance. I arrived on time for my appointment and was made to wait an hour while they let walk-ins go ahead of me. Then my water was completely cold by the time I sat down for my pedicure. My keys ended up falling into the pedicure bowl. I asked for a towel and had to sit there for another 5 to 10 minutes not to mention I had my gender reveal to attend that I could not be late for which pushed me behind an hour in schedule. Excellent service, clean and lovely smelling Nail Bar. I liked listening to music. Some Vietnamese Hip Hop cane on, and I was digging it, but switched it to Country. I'm sure some customers appreciated that. 👏 I would have jammed out, though. 😆 My tech was 👌

I’ve tried to give The Nail Bar multiple chances, but after today, I won’t be returning. My experience with my technician, Lindsay, was extremely disappointing. She seemed visibly irritated to even be doing my service, and the entire appointment felt rushed and careless. As someone who often works during my appointments, I typically trust that the service will be done with a basic level of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
