Renters BEWARE! Very poor customer service, slow to respond, never follow up, won’t address your concerns and will come up with unscrupulous charges when you move out to make certain you don’t see your deposit back. If you notice when you read any negative review they have zero accountability and always blame the tenant. I do not recommend them for anything. Rude employees and horrible overall experience.
Unbelievably rude. Didn’t fix any items for last two months with no response. Unobtainable cleaning list and charges of excessive amounts. House was left spotless and much cleaner than move in. Charges for a door pin we didn’t break. Sentimental wedding mugs were left. When acquired about them we were told they they threw them out and we “are welcome to go to the trash and get them out” but they are broken, in an email. Phillips Realty managed the property for the HOA at my father's condo. After my father passed and we sold the condo, Phillips Realty took an additional HOA payment. Then, before we could get the refund, the HOA signed with another management company. The long and the short is that it took 3 months to get a refund. AND THE CHECK BOUNCED!! Phillips Realty issued a refund check on a CLOSED bank account. That's illegal! But since hiring an attorney will cost more than the refund, Phillips Realty gets away with it.
