Phillips Realty managed the property for the HOA at my father's condo. After my father passed and we sold the condo, Phillips Realty took an additional HOA payment. Then, before we could get the refund, the HOA signed with another management company. The long and the short is that it took 3 months to get a refund. AND THE CHECK BOUNCED!! Phillips Realty issued a refund check on a CLOSED bank account. That's illegal! But since hiring an attorney will cost more than the refund, Phillips Realty gets away with it. This company used to be great! They have went downhill and they don’t care about anyone but themselves. I have been a tenant for almost 8 years and have never been treated like this. I have been without a working refrigerator for a week now and when I just called back the maintenance guy laughed at me for asking him to expedite the process. This issue should have been resolved immediately. Terrible customer service
