After an accident caused by another driver, D & D Autow's left my 80 year old mother stranded for over 3 hours waiting for them and never showed up in spite of several calls to them during this time. Each time, they indicated it would be about "20 minutes." We had to find an alternative way to get her vehicle to the collision center and my mother home to safety. Never use them...ever!
