Clinic have "lost" orders paperwork 3 different times and I've waited almost 9 months for a birth control implant. No one calls you back when you call and ask questions. I'm going to health department is better.
I'm a patient although over due for a visit. I loved Dr Finan and his nurse. They made a great team, were very informative and friendly. I recommended a very young family member for her first visit. Loved the FNP. A year later she returns to discuss implant. Signs paperwork. She was told "we will call for appointment for implantation". Weeks go by and she calls, shes told "we haven't heard from CVS but we will call you as soon as we do". They have wonderful doctor but I've been on hold all day. Need someone else that knows how to pick up the phone
