Unfortunately if you use American Home Shield, you know the pain of dealing with this company. Often times they are very unprofessional and difficult to work with. Hopefully you never have an issue on the weekends because they are not available on Saturday and Sunday. I inquired several companies about a foundation leak in my home. All of them, BUT Maldonado & Sons determined that the issue could be fixed that same day. My mom’s home insurance covers majority of the work but they wanted to add an “additional fee”. They called me to say, “Give me the money now so I can work on it because I have other jobs to do.” They are so rude and aggressive even with the adjustments from the insurance they still demanded the full amount instead of the approved work. They’re too aggressive and shady as hell.
