I dealt with Matt. He seemed honest, and I felt like he did not try overselling me. I felt like he was trying to save me money and only do the work that was necessary in a cost effective way. He was very accommodating and always returned my texts and phone calls quickly. Five stars for my experience with Matt thus far. As for the waterproofing work, only time will tell I suppose, but I’m optimistic, and I think they give a lifetime warranty if I remember correctly.

I needed an upgrade to an aged sump pump system. Ed came by promptly with professional advice and provided a very fair quote to update my system including "not selling me anything I didn't need". Ed's team was on time, courteous, professional and completed the job leaving my basement clean with a new robust sump pump system. Totally professional company, and Ed is real gentleman.

We have been using Eddie for the past 10 years. I've never come across a more professional, hard-working, kind man that you know you can trust and will be there in the blink of an eye to offer help. He stands by his work 100%. Living in an area with a high watertable, our crawlspace is bone-dry because of him. He has come back numerous times to tweak our dewatering system to make it better for us. Thank you for your hard-work Eddie, there aren't many guys out there like you anymore.

When hiring a contractor to do work on your house, you hope they’re professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and that they do a good job for a reasonable price. Ed and his team are just that. Ed diagnosed the problem and he and his team fixed it. They had to dig along a specific section of my foundation, repair any cracks and attach a water barrier to the foundation. They were mindful of my in the ground sprinklers and replanted the plants and bushes that they needed to temporarily move. Everything put back perfectly. I waited... read more

E&M recently installed a French drain in our basement. Very easy process from the quote through to installation. The crew that did the install showed up ready to work hard and paid attention to detail as well as answered any questions we had throughout. The owner also came on-site as well as followed up afterwards to ensure we were satisfied. Great job.
