We’ve used Edgar and Ernesto for several projects going back to 2017, they’ve been great to work with and never disappointed. Their work is always fabulous, they communicate well and the pricing is transparent and totally reasonable. They’ll always be our first choice for any projects!
We were referred to E&M by two friends. After getting two other bids on our basement we decided to go with E&M because theirs was the lowest and they seemed very trustworthy. We are so glad we did! They were easy to work with, had impeccable attention to detail, and good design recommendations. Even the inspector got their business card! Edgar and Ernesto were fantastic to work with, they finished our basement in two houses in three years. The first time around, the city inspector came to look and walked around the new basement and asked “where’s the addition?” He was in the addition. It looked so close to the new build home he couldn’t tell the difference! Amazing work and super flexible and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Ernesto and Edgar are amazing to work with. They are both very friendly and easy to talk to. They take an immense amount of pride in the quality of their work and it shows. They have good relationships with the subcontractors that they work with. What impressed me is the dedication they both have to the projects that they are working on. At one point in our project the plumber was delayed, and to keep our project moving and on time Ernesto rolled up his own sleeves and did the work himself.
